With Comidor Communications you can receive, send and manage e-mails and internal messages. Set as many e-mail accounts as you wish to monitor and use multiple filters to sort or categorize your messages. Use the rich html text editor to compose your messages, attach files and create e-mail templates.

Internal Messages
This kind of message can be set through the platform to any Comidor user of your company's account or even to a whole group. Any user submitted to the system can immediately send and receive internal messages.

Emails
To communicate with an external contact you will have to compose a new email. You can also save emails as templates for future email campaigns. To start using Comidor emails you have to set up your email settings from your user profile. To connect an email to your account click on your user image on the top right of your page and choose profile. Select "Manage mails" from the side menu and fill in the settings of your email account. Test your connection and you will be ready to send and receive emails.

Every time you have a new internal message or email you will receive a notification on the infobox.

Instant Messages
Your colleagues can also communicate with you through Comidor instant messages. The new instant message will appear at the bottom of your page. You can view all your conversations and start new ones from the "Chat" unit. You can send files from your computer by dropping them in the conversation window. In the same way you can add people to the conversation. Select a user and drag and drop his picture to the open conversation window.

Comments
Create topics to discuss with your colleagues. Leave comments and everyone will receive a notification. All the notifications that you received are saved at the "Notifications" unit so that you can access them any time you need to.
